2009 Lawrence County emergency officials reported sporadic outages of 911 service to cell phones.County emergency officials told WTAE Channel 4 Action News that they expect repairs to be completed at some point overnight into Tuesday morning.Lawrence County Public Safety officials said wireless carriers, including Verizon, were working on repairs.Anyone who needs emergency assistance should use a landline phone to dial 911, officials said.
