It rained dust Sunday in East Pittsburgh, and one man was not too happy about it.
Crews brought down a building along Linden Avenue, the site of the Old Westinghouse Plant.

The demolition left a dust on everything in sight, from trees, to sidewalks, to houses and cars.

Those living nearby were upset, saying they weren't warned.

"The next thing I knew, I saw this giant cloud of red dust coming toward me, and then, everything went black, everything went dark -- total darkness in my building," said Dan Riccobon.

Neighbors said crews have been working at the site for nearly a year.

"It was a mess, it was a mess. I put on his mask just to come outside," Riccobon said.

The residents said the contractor should be responsible for the cleanup.
