Police Officer Loses Control Of Vehicle In North Braddock

A Braddock police officer involved in an accident at about midnight Saturday was injured.

A Braddock police officer crashes in North Braddock.
Emergency officials told WTAE Channel 4 Action News that the officer was en route to a fight call in Turtle Creek when he lost control of his cruiser at about midnight Saturday. Officials said the officer crashed into a crane at a construction site on Braddock Avenue at O'Connell Boulevard in North Braddock.

The unidentified officer was taken to UPMC Presbyterian with minor injuries.
