2009 NEW ALEXANDRIA, Pa. -- Even if the skies clear, some boaters may have a tough time enjoying the weekend in Westmoreland County.This week's rain has raised water levels and due to the high water, the boat launch at a popular New Alexandria lake will likely remain closed through the weekend.The Army Corps of Engineers said water levels are still too high at the boat launch at the Bush Recreation Area at Loyalhanna Lake.
