Woman Ejected In Fayette County Crash Dies

Man Injured After Truck Leaves Road In German Township

A woman ejected from a pickup truck in a Fayette County crash has died.

Betty Fazenbaker, 37, of Uniontown, died in the crash after the pickup truck somehow left Walnut Hill Road in German Township at about 11:40 p.m. Friday.

State police said Fazenbaker was not wearing a seat belt at the time of the incident.

Lawrence States, 37, who was driving the pickup truck, was taken to Uniontown Hospital with minor injuries, state police told WTAE Channel 4 Action News.

Authorities continued to investigate a cause.
