2009 WILMINGTON TOWNSHIP, Pa. -- State police shut down part of Route 18 in Lawrence County for much of Friday morning because of a fatal car crash.The two-car wreck happened at about 7:15 a.m. in Wilmington Township, just south of Route 158.One of the drivers was killed. Police identified him as Ronald E. Holt, 67, of Pulaski.The second driver suffered "major injuries" and a passenger suffered "moderate injuries," police said.None of the three people was wearing a seat belt, police said.Route 18 was closed between Nashua and Yoder roads for hours. It reopened shortly before noon.Police are still investigating. A statement said charges are "pending," but none had been filed as of 1 p.m.
