The Allegheny County Fire Marshal was called to investigate the cause of a house fire in Etna early Tuesday.

Fire crews were called to the scene of a house fire on Nauman Street in Etna.

The fire started in the attic of the home on Nauman Street just before 1 a.m., reports said.

County 911 told Channel 4 Action News's Amber Nicotra that two residents escaped the fire. Medics treated one person at the scene for an anxiety attack, dispatchers said. No other injuries were reported.

Firefighters managed to bring the fire under control less than an hour after it first broke out, authorities said.

The cause of the fire has not been determined.
