Mount Morris Bank Robbed

A man wearing a ski mask held up a bank in Mount Morris, Greene County, Wednesday morning, state police said.

Authorities said a man entered the National City Bank, located in the 200 block of Mount Morris Road, at around 9:30 a.m. brandishing a handgun.

The man fled the scene with an undisclosed amount of money, reports said. No one was injured during the robbery.

Witnesses told police the man was at least 6 feet tall and had a slender build.

State police and the FBI were called to the scene. The incident is under investigation.
