Troyer was last seen last Monday leaving Fred Dilts' house in the Aultman area of Center Township with her 18-year-old brother and another man in a car driven by Dilts, a convicted sex offender.

It is not clear if Dilts is in police custody. The investigation will continue. In June 1987, Dilts was convicted on a rape charge.
