WHEELING, Pa. -- Police said a 43-year-old Washington County man is accused of shooting a woman in the head at a home in West Finley Township after an argument on Sunday.

Police in Wheeling arrested Frank Shook shortly after the shooting, after they stopped a car Shook was driving

The woman is recovering at Wheeling Medical Center.

Shook is due to be arraigned on Monday morning.
