2009 HOMESTEAD, Pa., -- The Allegheny county district attorney is meeting with store owners in the Waterfront's Rock Bottom Restaurant on Wednesday to discuss the installation of surveillance cameras.Stephen Zappala said the cameras will be installed at the three entrances and exits to the Waterfront development.The cameras are being installed in response to a number of fatal shootings along the shopping stretch during the last three years.
