2008 WEST MIFFLIN, Pa. -- Allegheny County police are investigating the mysterious discovery of a Port Vue man's body in a vehicle on Route 837 Monday afternoon.Passers-by noticed the blue sport utility vehicle in a parking lot and found 24-year-old Michael Falvo slumped over in the back seat when they stopped to investigate at about 4:30 p.m., police said."County homicide is here investigating, and there's suspicious circumstances," West Mifflin Police Chief Joe Popovich said. The Allegheny County Medical Examiner's Office said autopsy results were inconclusive and more tests will be needed to determine the cause of death. There are no obvious signs of trauma, but for now, the case is being treated as a homicide, Popovich said.“That car's been here for a couple of days and a passerby saw the car and one of his friends happened to notice the car and we got the call,” Popovich said. The area where the body was found is close to Lebanon School Road. Residents said that it’s known as "the waterhole" -- a popular place to go fishing over the bank in the Monongahela River.Investigators said they believe the SUV belonged to Falvo but they’re not sure how it got there.
