Cross Country Team Member Falls From Beaver Co. Bridge

A member of the Beaver Falls High School cross country team has been hospitalized after falling off a bridge.

According to the Beaver County Times, Nick Miller was running with the team around 9:15 a.m. Friday when he fell 50 feet from the New Brighton-Beaver Falls bridge.

Crews planned to fly Miller to Allegheny General Hospital, but fog forced them to take him by ambulance.

Miller’s condition has not been released.
