The driver of a motorcycle died in a collision with a car in the city's Point Breeze neighborhood Tuesday morning.

Pittsburgh police said the crash happened near the corner of Penn and Dallas avenues at about 10:15 a.m.

The victim was identified as Anthony McKinstry, 29, of North Braddock. He was pronounced dead at UPMC Presbyterian hospital.

The car driver was not injured, police said.

No charges have been filed. The crash is under investigation.

"There's plenty of room on Penn Avenue for people to speed, and that contributes to it. There's a lot of people that run the red light, and that contributes to it. But we have a lot of accidents," neighbor John Rose said.
