Perryopolis Man Killed In Motorcycle Crash

A Perryopolis man was killed after crashing his motorcycle in Perry Township, Fayette County, on Saturday.

Corey Allen Silbaugh, 21, was riding his 2006 Honda CBR 600 F4i on Route 51, just south of Route 201, when he lost control around 2:30 a.m., police said.

Silbaugh was traveling at a high rate of speed and was killed when his motorcycle collided with a guide rail while rounding a curve, police said.

Police said Silbaugh was wearing a helmet.
