As troopers searched for clues, authorities in Ohio found the assailant suspected in the fatal shooting."He was last seen in a 2004 Dodge pickup truck; it is a king cab with West Virginia registration," West Virginia State Police Sgt. J.A. Laing said.Police in Zanesville, Ohio, arrested Todd Dolin Jr. and transferred him to a hospital for observation. Police said Wolverton and Dolin had a familiar relationship but would not elaborate. The shooting happened in Dallas, W.Va., a half-mile from the Washington County, Pa., line. Zanesville is about 90 miles away.WTAE Channel 4's Tara Edwards reported the shooting shocked many who live feet away from the post office."Everybody lives out here because it's a quiet, secure place," said Tim Kimmins, a resident who has a clear view of the post office.Kimmins said the neighborhood was quiet on Friday afternoon, as it usually is, when a man walked inside the post office firing several shots, West Virginia State Police said"It's pretty traumatic to happen in a little town like this. You never know these days," Kimmins said. "Most of the people mind their own business stay back and let the police do their job. They had the road shut down all day."Dolin, 39, will be charged as a fugitive from justice in Ohio and that officials plan to extradite Dolin to West Virginia to face a murder charge, Laing said.Residents in the area told Action News that they did not know Dolin, but some said the victim knew him.
