PITTSBURGH -- A six-story, 11-unit Vista Grande Condominium is set to open next summer or fall.The address will be 501 Grandview Ave. and it will be the first Mt. Washington high rise residence since the Trimont was built in the 1980s.
Development of the project is expected to cost about $6 million.
