Route 28 Reopen After Tractor-Trailer Rollover

The southbound lanes of Route 28 have reopened following a tractor-trailer rollover early Saturday morning.

The accident happened around 3:30 a.m. at the border of Tarentum and Fawn Township.

The tractor-trailer went into a hillside near exit 14.

A passenger inside was injured and taken to Allegheny General Hospital.

The roadway reopened at 8 a.m.
