A Westmoreland County man is facing drug charges after he forgot to remove his marijuana stash from a fast food bag before returning the order.

Calvin Masten, 18, went to a Dairy Queen restaurant in Irwin and ordered several hamburgers from the drive-through line on June 16.

Once Masten received his order, he stashed a bag of marijuana inside the fast food bag, police said.

He noticed his order was incorrect and went inside the store to return it, but forgot to remove the marijuana from the bag, police said.

A store employee noticed the drugs and called state police.
