A Pittsburgh day care center where police say a 7-year-old girl killed an infant has closed.

The state Department of Public Welfare said Loretta Bray turned in her certificate of registration for Bray's Family Day Care on Wednesday.

Authorities said the girl took 10-month-old Marcia Poston from a baby chair and threw her twice to the floor on June 6.

Authorities said the girl had anger-management issues. She's in custody of Allegheny County's Office of Children, Youth and Families.

Authorities have ruled the death a homicide and the investigation continues. Authorities said Bray was running an errand at the time and another caregiver was upstairs changing a diaper when Poston was killed.
