PITTSBURGH -- Scratch four more names off the list of
Allegheny County's most wanted fugitives.
Arrested in the past two days were:
- Edward Charles Kelso, 22, charged with manufacture, delivery, possession with intent to manufacture or deliver, and possession of controlled substance by persons not registered.
- Eugene Jerome Graham, 22, charged with manufacture, delivery, possession with intent to manufacture or deliver, possession of controlled substance by persons not registered, aggravated assault, terroristic threats and recklessly endangering another person.
- Ronald Charles Richards, 49, charged with aggravated assault, disarming law enforcement officer without lawful authorization, simple assault.
- Monica Brookins, 21, charged with aggravated assault.
Brookins surrendered after seeing herself on the Comcast Most Wanted 20 List.
