2008 PITTSBURGH -- ESPN confirmed that ESPN Radio 1250 talk show host Mark Madden has been "permanently removed" from the air.The decision came five days after Madden made this comment on the air during his show:"I'm very disappointed to hear Sen. Ted Kennedy of Massachusetts is near death because of a brain tumor. I always hoped Sen.
