Bees Fighting Over Nesting Site Trap N. Apollo Residents Inside Homes

Two huge swarms of bees fighting over a nesting site in a North Apollo neighborhood Thursday morning trapped many residents inside their homes.

The turf war between the bees happened at about 10:30 p.m.

A beekeeper was called to help remove the angry bees, which he did, wearing a protective suit.
