HARRISBURG, Pa. -- Casinos, private clubs and bar are very close to being exempt from the Pennsylvania smoking ban; however, restaurants will still be included, according to the Harrisburg Patriot News.

A panel reviewing the bill is expected to vote on Monday.

If it is approved, it will be sent to the State House and Senate.
