LATROBE, Pa. -- Latrobe Specialty Steel is facing a strike.About 350 union members walked off the job just after midnight.Union officials said they are not happy with the most recent contract proposal from the company. According to them, the company had offered to increase workers' bonuses instead of their hourly wages.
