Water Service Restored In Conway

City officials in Conway, Beaver County, said water service was restored Thursday morning and that the water conservation order has been lifted.

Residents of Conway, in Beaver County, were asked Wednesday evening to conserve water.

In the early evening, a water main on 11th Street sprung a leak.

At about 10 p.m., officials said they shut off the water. They said about 1,500 residents were affected.

City officials said crews worked through the night to repair the valve that snapped.
