Black Cat Found Hanged In Fayette County; Reward Offered

Police in Fayette County are searching for a person who hanged a black cat on Thursday.

The animal was found dangling from a tree near South Hills Terrace in Brownsville.

The Fayette County Humane Society is offering a reward up to $2,500 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person responsible.

Anyone with information about the case is asked to call 724-438-3121.
