The Port Authority is once again involved in negotiations with its labor unions, and they will ask for big cuts.

According to WTAE's Action News' exchange partners at the Pittsburgh Tribune Review, the Port Authority will ask workers to increase the amount they contribute to their health plans among other concessions.

County Executive Dan Onorato is withholding funding until the Port Authority makes significant cuts in its spending.

Union President Pat McMahon said he is willing to negotiate, but he said he will not just give away the benefits the union spent decades fighting to keep.
