2008 HOUSTON, Pa. -- Interstate 79 has reopened after a box truck overturned near Houston, Washington County.The crash happened early Thursday morning when the driver lost control of the truck.A medical helicopter flew the unidentified driver to UPMC Hospital in Oakland.
