Steely McBeam Actor Arrested On DUI ChargePOSTED: 1:00 pm EDT April 9, 2008 PITTSBURGH -- One of the people who played the part of Pittsburgh Steelers mascot Steely McBeam has been fired after a DUI arrest.Pittsburgh police said they arrested 24-year-old Kenneth Hahey on charges of driving under the influence in January.A Steelers representative said the team has fired Hahey, who has a court date scheduled next month.The mascot was introduced at the beginning of the Steelers' 2007 season. It mostly makes appearances for children and at charity events.
