The Allegheny County Sheriff's Office has made its third arrest stemming from a new partnership that puts fugitives' pictures and descriptions on television.

Shawon Marshman, 38, was picked up after someone recognized him on a street corner in Pittsburgh's East Liberty section on Tuesday morning.

Marshman was wanted on charges of indecent assault, corruption of minors and endangering the welfare of a child, according to the sheriff's office.

He was one of the county's 10 most-wanted, all of whom are now featured on the on-demand "Fugitive Files" channel on Comcast.
