DUI Driver Gets 41 Years In Wreck That Killed 5 Near MorgantownBrian Stone Found Guilty At TrialUPDATED: 6:53 pm EDT June 9, 2008 MORGANTOWN, W.Va. -- A man accused of killing five people while driving drunk said he wasn't to blame, but a jury decided otherwise and found him guilty of all counts he faced.Brian J. Stone, 33, of Cheat Lake, W.Va., was ordered Monday to serve a minimum of 41 years in prison for his convictions on charges of driving under the influence, DUI causing death and leaving the scene of an accident involving death and injury.Stone had an address of Gans, Fayette County, for his Pennsylvania driver's license.During his trial in March, Stone testified that a tire blowout caused the wreck on Interstate 68 near Morgantown on July 8.Courtney Evans, 30, of Baltimore, and his son, Sawyer, 12, died in the crash, along with Donnell Perry, 52, of Clarksburg, W.Va., and two of his children -- Jentil, 15, and Jacquesha, 13.Police said Stone's blood-alcohol level was nearly three times the legal limit of 0.08 percent at the time of the crash.
