Mudslide Knocks House Off Foundation In Carroll Twp.

A house along Black Diamond Hollow Road in Carroll Township was destroyed on Tuesday due to a mudslide.

Officials said the house was knocked off its foundation.

Richard and Angela Hemmings, who live in the home, are being forced to move out. They're staying with family members at this time.

The Hemmings said this is the second time in a month landslides have forced them out of their home.
