Early-Morning Brownsville Fire Ruled Arson

The Herald Standard reported that investigators ruled the early-morning Tuesday arson.

Several people are homeless after a fire tore through their home in Brownsville, Fayette County, early Tuesday morning.

Seven people lived inside the High Street home.

Four of those people, firefighters said, had to be rescued from the roof. One man was taken to a hospital for injuries. His condition is not known at this time.

Crews managed to get the fire under control around 5:30 a.m.
