The design of the Flight 93 memorial is once again being challenged by family members and others who said the design pays homage to the terrorists.

Several people showed up at Saturday's task force meeting to voice their displeasure, and they said the crescent design is a symbol of Islam.

Tom Burnett Sr. placed an ad in a Somerset newspaper urging everyone to attend.

Burnett said he's considering withholding his son's name from the memorial unless the design is altered and said, "Flight 93 has been re-hijacked."

Burnett said he is calling for the design to be investigated, though not everyone sees it that way.

"I kind of think of my cousin and all the other folks on that plane, and I know we're doing the right thing, and with your support and those of the community, we'll get it done," said Patrick White, whose cousin, Louis Nacke, died in Flight 93.

This week, the families of Flight 93 renewed their commitment to dedicating the new memorial by the 10-year anniversary of the 9-11 attacks.
