You could be eligible for a refund from one of the country's most popular toymakers, involved in multiple lead-paint recalls last year.

The company selling "Thomas & Friends" toys has decided to settle a $30 million lawsuit.

Anyone who bought one of the recalled toys can now begin filing a claim against RC2 Corporation, which sold the products.

The first recall, which came in June, involved more than 20 different "Thomas & Friends" wooden railway toys.

Three months later, the recall was expanded to include several more accessories. The paint on all of the recalled products tested positive for high levels of lead.

As part of the class-action settlement against the toymaker, those of you who bought one of the tainted items is eligible for either a total refund, replacement toy plus a bonus toy or, if you have no documentation, a $15 gift card toward a new toy.
