2008 PITTSBURGH -- For anyone who has ever felt overwhelmed trying to pick out a paint color, WTAE Channel 4 Action News reporter Kelly Frey said there's a new option.Pittsburgh Paints created a complete wheel called "The Voice Of Color" that groups schemes together -- and the theme for 2008 is green.Everything is about helping the environment -- from the new palette names to the actual paints."We are talking color, which is more of a symbolic thing, and the paint is the product which has the quality to be less offensive, because it has low VOC (volatile organic compounds).
