One Pittsburgh Steelers running back was in Cleveland for a court hearing on Tuesday.

Najeh Davenport is facing a trial in February. A judge in Cleveland approved his request for a jury trial on charges he faces following a domestic dispute with the mother of his child.

The judge also agreed to amend a PFA so that Davenport can see his son during the holidays in supervised visits.

In October, Anita Person, the mother of Davenport's 5-year-old child, and Davenport both called 911 about a disturbance outside Person's Cleveland home. The fight was over the custody of the child, police said.

Davenport's trial is set for Feb. 28.
