On Wednesday, Debbie Hardy was granted a temporary protection from abuse order from her estranged husband, Paul Ucman.

Hardy, the ex-wife of 84 Lumber millionaire Joe Hardy, told police earlier this month that Ucman, 43, broke into the mansion they shared in Rostraver Township and stole $5 million worth of jewelry.

According to police, Ucman's first ex-wife, Deann Vasquez, drove him over to the mansion.

Police said Ucman then put Vaseline over surveillance cameras, went into the house and unlocked the safe, taking the jewelry.

The jewels were later returned.

In May, she accused him of ramming her car and throwing a steel frying pan through her kitchen window. The case was dropped when she refused to testify against him.

There are new felony warrants for theft and receiving stolen property out for Ucman, but he is on the run from police.

In the PFA, Ucman is forbid to come anywhere near Hardy or her children.
