Aliquippa Community Hospital is in danger of being shut down after failing to meet state requirements and being fined tens of thousands of dollars.

Inspectors found cases of improper documentation and said the hospital didn't take the necessary steps to prevent diseases and infections from spreading.

If changes aren't made by February, the facility will lose its license and shut down immediately.
