Meadows Casino Has Big 3 Months

The opening of the Meadows Casino in Washington County has been nothing but successful, officials said at a meeting on Thursday.

The casino has been open for 81 days and has paid more than $86 million to the state, which is about $1 million a day.

According to the president of the Washington County Chamber of Commerce, the surrounding area has seen an increase in tourism, economic development and job creation since the casino opened.
