One Of County's Most Wanted Caught On South Side

One of the 10 most wanted fugitives in Allegheny County is in custody.

William Harper was arrested around 9:30 p.m. Monday on the South Side of Pittsburgh, authorities said.

Harper has been convicted of charges including arson, burglary and criminal mischief. He was being sought by police for violating probation.

Police said they got information that led them to a home where they found Harper.
