The self-proclaimed "Graffiti King" of Pittsburgh is expected to appear in court Tuesday.

Daniel Montano is accused of vandalizing nearly 100 buildings in the region with his tag "MFone" popping up everywhere from the South Side to Bloomfield and Oakland.

The damage was estimated at $500,000.

Montano is scheduled to have his preliminary hearing to determine if the case heads to trial.

Montano has been charged at least three times before for graffiti, twice in Pittsburgh and once in San Francisco.
