A local family business that was nearly destroyed by fire is rising from the ashes.

In late November, the Jenny Lee Bakery had to shut down its main location in McKees Rocks, missing out on sales for the holiday season.

On Wednesday, with the help of a priest and some other special guests, the company announced their doors will reopen on Monday, just in time for Easter.

"We're really anxious to get started," said Jenny Lee President Bernard Baker. "We haven't been baking since Thanksgiving."

Jenny Lee also plans to add a new product to their line, trans fat-free doughnuts.
