Another person accused of tampering with a Pennsylvania State Police trooper's drink has been ordered to stand trial.

William Evans Jr., 26, waived his right to a preliminary hearing Wednesday on charges of aggravated assault and reckless endangerment.

Police said Evans and Amanda Wilson, 26, slipped Visine in an off-duty trooper's beer at Rookie's Bar and Grill in North Union, Fayette County.

Wilson is already in jail awaiting trial.

Police said the main ingredient in Visine can cause nausea, vomiting, difficulty breathing and irregular heartbeat.
