The court hearing for a Fayette County man and woman accused of poisoning a state trooper has been continued.

Uniontown state police arrested Amanda Wilson and William Evans Jr. and charged them with aggravated assault and reckless endangerment.

Prosecutors said the two 26 year olds conspired together to poison Timothy Karpiak.

Police said Wilson put Visine in the beers she served to the state trooper at Rookie's Bar and Grill.

Police said the main ingredient in Visine can cause nausea, vomiting, difficulty breathing and irregular heartbeat. If you are allergic to it, death is possible.
