Officials said land in Kilbuck Township is still sliding and now the Department of Environmental Resources is promising more action against the developer of a Walmart site there.

DEP Secretary Kathleen McGinty said Kilbuck Properties has not done enough to stabilize the site and to prevent future landslides -- like the one that closed Route 65 for two weeks last September.

Walmart officials said they are watching the developments and called it "a concern." The developers have not commented.
