Penn Hills Teen Wanted On Homicide Charge Caught In IndianapolisPOSTED: 7:08 am EST January 3, 2007 Indianapolis police arrested a local 17-year-old in connection with the Dec. 20 shooting death of another teenager in Pittsburgh.Joseph Hall, of Penn Hills, was picked up on a homicide warrant Tuesday and is awaiting extradition back to Pennsylvania, according to Pittsburgh police.Hall is suspected of pulling the trigger in a drive-by shooting that killed 17-year-old James Stubbs in Homewood, Pittsburgh police said.Stubbs was talking on a cell phone near Lincoln Intermediate School (map) when a car passed by and someone opened fire, police said.Police have not discussed a motive.
