An Indiana University of Pennsylvania faced a judge on Wednesday on charges he had child and animal pornography on his computer.

Adam Robosson, 19, of Hydman, Pa., waived a hearing on one count of possessing obscene material, while other felony charges were withdrawn.

Robosson could now stand trial or try to cut a deal with prosecutors.

Police said Robosson was discovered by a trained state trooper looking for Internet offenders.
