A 12-year-old boy with a heart aneurysm received the chance of a lifetime.

Greg from Crafton got to help coach the Pitt Men's Basketball team, thanks to the Make-a-Wish Foundation and head coach Jamie Dixon.

Greg was courtside for Wednesday night's game against Duquesne.

Greg got some gifts from Dixon, but he gave the coach a poem that he and his mother wrote.

Greg knew coach Dixon recently lost his sister due to a heart irregularity.

He said he was thinking of her as his wish came true.

Greg is scheduled to have surgery to repair his heart next week at Johns Hopkins University.
